Italian porcelain lamp

Description

Looks to be made of ceramic or porcelain. signed on the bottom BENROSE and is stamped made in italy so I know it has to be 1900's. It does look to have some kind of number or date?? Any help would be appreciated.

it sat on my grandparents table between their two chairs as long as I can remember, It had sentimental value to them because it was the only item my grandfather took with him to nursing home and than when he passed my parents gave it to me.

Re: Italian porcelain lamp

Anytime you see the words " Made in" and then a countries name EG. "Made in Italy" you are dealing with an item dating from the early 1920's onward. Based on your images your lamp is a Capodimonte style example most likely made after World War Two. These were mass produced items , so values are still modest for them, most sell for less than $100.00 at auction.
