A ceramic lighter with Itay KBNY 1569/51 printed lettering on bottom, looks like it was stamped. Its about 5 inches tall, it has two chips out of the bottom. Push igniter. And has a scence painted on the body of a battle almost in the woods with a river in the backgroud.
