J. Burnett Painting - Beach Scene

By jmfulker14, 9 July, 2018
Description

I bought this painting around 2005 at an art sale. I would like to find out anything I can about the artist and the value. I saw another painting on here with the same signature and it looks as if it is a painting of the same place whether real or imaginary. I have seen other inquiries about the artist, but no one seems to know much about them.

Any information would be appreciated!
