Illinois Moulding Co. Windsor Art Products (P-391-3 / CB5915-860 / East River) Oil on Board painting...some condition issues (moisture/water spots on paper frame backing); possible warping of board.
Seems to be an original frame with a 'brass' tag at the bottom of the frame presenting the artist and the name of the portrait ("East River" and "J. Laycox"). Pictures are attached.
Dimensions of (outside of frame) are 17 1/4" x 14 3/4".
