Jackie Robinson's All Stars pennant with the names Jackie Robinson, Larry Doby, Luke Easter, Sam Jethroe and "Minnie" Minoso. There is a small star and baseball graphic, then it says "Jackie Robinson's All Stars."
The only other pennant I found online that is similar is this one that sold at auction in November 2015:
