With books it's all about "edition and condition" eg a first edition in fair condition is worth more than a fifth edition in as new condition.
Jayne Eyre was published in London, England in 1847 by Smith, Elder & Co. with the title "Jane Eyre An Autobiography", under the pen name "Currer Bell". The American edition came out in 1848. Your copy is a much later printing and in poor condition,
worth a good read, but no monetary value I'm afraid.
