Japanese bird art

The picture is of two birds sitting on tree branches with leaves and flowers.  I'm not exactly sure but it looks like the birds are naural bird feathers.  The branches look like crab legs and there is more bird feathers for the flowers and leaves. 

It is matted on a baby blue matte and framed in a black wood (?)

The frame itself measures 28cm high, 18cm wide and 2.5cm thick.

There is also an Asian signature (Japanese?) as well as the red stamp in the right corner.
