I have japanese tea cups and saucers trimmed in gold with made in japan painted on back there is no other marking or signiture on them other than made in japan.

My husband was helping my sister in law move and he found boxes from the previous owner who was an artist . She let him take home the boxes and when we open them we found a bunch of antiques.
