AI Appraisal
Description
I assume this is a fake or, being generous, a reproduction in the Victorian style. It has the red mark as photographed, a number 28 and a circle with some silver, undistinguishable mark in it. I assumed it was fake as the underneath of the feet don't seem to me to be dirty enough for a hundred year history. However, it looks good, appears hand painted and has nice moriage detail. What do you think?
