Values for levels and transits vary a great deal by vintage and rarity, most sell at an average at auction of about $200.00. You might want to do abit of digging though, this the first japanese one I seen, most are American or German.

i have done some digging around and can't find anything about it. Only Tamaya and Co. sextants or slide rules.
