Description
The Baseball and photograph are signed by Jay Buhner and incased on a wooden plaque. Not sure if the plaque was custom made for the baseball and photograph. Above the baseball which is located on the bottom right is a Jay Buhner name plate and above that is a gold plate with a baseball cap, bat, and glove. The plaque did come with two certificates of authenticity. One for the signed baseball and one for the photograph. On the certificates of authenticity is a name of the store or place where the baseball and photograph were signed and has the name of the person who witnessed the signing. Royal Awards Monarch Memorabilia is the name of the shop.
