It is said she loved the design of these Spool turned beds and they became forever associated with her. The original spool beds date from the second to third quarter of the 19th century, the Revival types are reproductions and tend to date 1900-1930, the style revived again in the 1980's . Values for all of them , with the exception of the original daybeds like this one are currently modest, daybeds are selling for $400.00-$600.00.
