I Picked this Item up around 1980

It is an art print I think it is a lithograph??

image of Jerry playing what looks to be a Fender guitar (question the headstock)

it is some type of graphic effect  orange figure on black background

The acutual Image is 8"x10" the paper stock measures 12" x 16"

it is titled "Garcia"      it is signed "Wetz '77   and  it is identified as  9/15

I would think the overall condition is fair

Ah you found a piece of history here. These where handed out in 1977 by 4 star records to celebrate the release of his album gotta hear the beat. Ive never seen these at auction but they do sell well at rock and roll history conventions. I would look for a rock and roll expert for an appraisel but you do have a nice little piece. Best of luck.
