jim beam black horse porcelain decanter

Description jim beam porcelain decanter, black horse head figure with silver trim around edges, cast onto side of decanter it say's "Beam's Black Label", "James C. Beam Genuine Regal China". Has a butane lighter at top of horse head that fits the bottle perfectly, as opposed to a porcelain stopper, not sure if this is supposed to be there or not. some very minor surface rust on the chrome lighter top, but no chips or cracks in the porcelain.
