Map is in good condition and very clear. The colors are still vibrant. Map has been stored in a dark closet since it was discovered in 1982.

Map was found in the storage barn of an old victorian home that my mother purchased in 1982 in LIvermore CA. Map was found along with a trunk full of civil war clothing that was donated to the City of Livermore.
