It's a trade marketing piece. Probably from the 1960's. They were given to publicans in the UK predominently although there were some handed out in other countries as Johnie Walker was a popular export brand. Other Johnie Walker items include water jugs, ice bowls, bar mats and coasters.
In good condition it's value at auction in the UK would be around £30 - £50.
