This was a flea market find 2 days ago. I have searched the internet for more information or more pictures of this chair and cant seem to find anything other than info on the founder himself. Soloman Karpen. Other than the arms of the chair where you would push yourself up the chair is in great condition. No other tears or wear places other than the arms. The seat cushion is very heavy and removeable. All tacks are still in place no springs or anything seems to be broken. sits very well. The legs do have a few knicks, but otherwise are in great shape. The back and sides are a very deep pretty green, kinda velvety to the touch. The design has a gold hue on the front and the seat section. The tags on the seat section are in tact. I want to reupholster this piece but am wanting to see what its worth before i start putting "My touch" on it, lol. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
