Re: Kinkozan Satsuma urne/vase

Hello,

You have a lovely vase. Firstly I can tell you that it hasn't been in your family for as long as you think,

as it was produced during the LATE Meiji Period (around 1900/1910). The artist is Kinkozan as you have correctly noted and I would value the piece around $600-$800 in a specialised auction.

Is the vase something you would consider selling? I am an experienced collector and I can offer you a price you would never be able to achieve in an auction house or on eBay.

Please advise. My email is [email protected]

Regards,

Jordan.

A lovely piece and good quality, I have seen Kinkozan vases that match this one go at auction this past year in the $950.00 -1500.00 range.
