Description
Kittinger Secretary Desk I bought this from my neighbor. It Has a Leather top and has some sratches and on it. I do not know how old it is. There is a stamp on inside on middle drawer Kittinger Buffalo 1866. There is another paper stating pattern number and has serial number 36. The piece is well used there is ware as seen in the pictures but in pretty good conditon the key for the middle drawer is missing.

Based on the images thos desk is of course quite modern, but loosely based on the Chippendale style. Values for them depends a great deal on their condition, as refinishing is quite expensive for larger pieces like this. We see Kittinger desks like this in need of some restoration sell in the $300.00- $500 range at auction.
