The table has four fish as the base of the table and is wooden with a pewter/silver paint.
The glass table top is beveled and 5.5 inches in diameter.
I believe it was made in the Philipeans, but no idea when. I know the original owner paid close to 12K for the table.

Whatever a consigment shop can get for it.
In my opinion though, zilch. This is Maitland-Smith furniture, shoddily made fantasy pastiches of cobbled-together historic furniture elements sold to nouveau-riches with more money than culture or taste by unscrupulus and talentless interior designers and decorators who pocket extra cash by cutting genuine antique dealers out of the picture.
