Koken Barber Chair

Description

Koken Barber Chair with metal hydraulic base.  The chair reclines.  It has all original upholstery (slit in leather reveals straw and cloth padding under leather), decorative armrests, metal footrest. Paint has chipped - armrests down to bare wood. Mint green leather on seat and back is in poor condition - still relatively intact but lots of cracks and a slit in seat cover where straw from stuffing can be pushed through.   The hydraulic lift mechanism still appears in great condition, a slight lift can be felt when moving the handle but oil would need to be added to have it fully functioning.   Chair has been kept in smoke and mildew free environment. Koken name and St. Louis, MO engraved in metal footrest - edge of footrest has been broken off.
