20x30 older landscape painting with frame. Oil on canvas. No writing on back. Signed w/signature that I cannot recognize. I cannot tell if this is a 'Bob Ross' type painting or something better. Fair/Good condition. Needs cleaning. Some cracking to oil paint. Small tear above mountain peak. I would love to know the artist's name. thx
