Landstrom Furniture Four Drawer Dresser, guessing from the 1940's.
The dresser measurements are 36" H x 42" W x 20" D and as an overall, I would personally rate the condition/appearance somewhere around 7 or 7.5 out of 10 - The top appears to be a different wood grain than the rest of the dresser, almost tiger stripish?
The four drawers are slightly different heights, starting at 4", then 5", 6" with the bottom drawer being 7" tall. The drawer edges are beveled or rounded back into the face of the dresser and all edges are free of dings. The pulls appear to be brass, decorated on the plate with a swinging handle.
The front two corners are detailed in style similar to columns or pillars (pictured), with a fan type detail on the front bottom skirt. The feet have slight discoloration on the bottom 1" of the feet but blend in well.
The inside of the drawers are in fantastic condition, free of grime/dirt and other debris or fluids. There is one dime sized blemish, glue maybe? in the 6" drawer (pictured) All the pulls swing freely and move without hinderance.
There is very minimal signs of use. A handful of small chips that show raw wood. A couple of light scratches but mostly in the finish and not deep at all.
Over the entire dresser, there are spots of just a faint overall blemish in the finish, mostly on the front. (hard to get in picture) But the overall finish and shine of the dresser is beautiful!
There is a leather? tag stapled on the back that is numbered '1627' with some type of marking in yellow. The Landstrom tag is in tact, inside the left hand side of the top 4" drawer.
