Large (9' ft.) Monumental Palace Neoclassical URN / Vase (SIGNED + MARKINGS)

This Beautiful 9 ft. tall Neoclassical Urn / Vase is Cobalt blue in color with Gold Leaf designs & patterns along with portraits depicting social scenes.  The portraits on the urn have signatures by the artist usually on the bottom right corner.  The artist's signature looks like it spells "J. Fontine" or "J. Fontaine."  There is also blue markings on the lid and underneath the base.  The marking looks like a Crown with two letters or initials underneath that are circled and meet the crown at the top end.  The letters are either FC, or JF and possibly FX, JX, or JC.  My first thoughts were {JF for J. Fontine} or {FC for Fontine Collection.}  Right underneath the letters is the word "Collection."  

The dimensions of this urn are approximately 107" x 24" so about 9 ft. tall x 2 ft. on the widest part.  The weight is approximately 175 lbs.

I have done a little research on the net for the markings and found a few similar porcelain items of the same nature that had the same markings and have found a few on the www.icollector.com auction website.  It appears that a few porcelain items with this marking that have been auctioned come from the "Julia Danheiser lifetime Collection of Decorative Arts."  Below are some links of these similar porcelain items that might be of help determining identification & value of this item.
