Large brass belt buckle

Description

Banner across top says: POLICE DEPTS BANKS and EXPRESS CO. in caps. There is a likeness of Sam Colt in the center flanked by a shield with a pistol and some text in it on each side. On the bottom  it says: Colt's patent firearms Mfg. Co. and below that is Hartford, Conn. in the left corner and Pall Mall, London. S. W. in the right one.
