Large jardiniere, Roseville? Haeger?

By Hunting13, 3 April, 2013
Description

Large, antique jardiniere, measuring 8 1/2" tall, 9 1/4" opening, 24" circumference. Consists of a 3 rose pattern repeating 4x, connected with twig pattern. Two visible mold seams, colors consist of dusty rose, mossy green and brown. There are no imprinted markings on the bottom, the only mark is "13X" inside of a circle, handpainted. Given to me by my grandparents, who were avid antique collectors. I have only seen one other jardiniere exactly like this before, 20+ years ago at an antique show and it had a selling price back then of $400. I loved it back then, that is why my parents gave me theirs. My question is why was this worth $400 over 20 years ago? I thought for years it was Roseville, but it lacks the comparable markings.
