Apologies for a roll-top post but I'm simply not knowledgable enough to discern the differences with others in the archives. It belonged to my grandfather who was an insurance agent in Istanbul, Turkey, and must have bought the desk sometime before 1930's. Please help me out with any tips about period, maker company and value!
