Late 19th Century Print

Description

I received this picture from a great aunt.  She lived in Chicago in the 1920's.  I cannot make out the artist signature or the type of picture this is.  Before I removed it from the frame, I thought it was a hand tinted lithograph, but now I don't know.  It is 22x30 and is in the original composite frame.  The picture was backed with pine boards so I wonder if it has darkened from them.
