Description Subject - The Laughing Cavalier After Frans Hals Engraving: Mezzotint and Stipple by Eugene Tily Ref No V.41 Published by THE MUSEUM GALLERIES STUDIOS: 55, SHORT'S GARDENS, DRURY LANE, LONDON W.C.2 The masking tape on the rear of the frame has pealed back in one corner. Been in a dark room not exposed to sunlight for a long time.
