Firstly double check that it is cut glass - edges of the cuts should feel 'sharp'. I am pretty sure from your photo that it is. If not look for a 'line' running virtically on the bell to indicate that it is pressed (molded) glass. Cut glass is worth more, generally speaking.
Imperlux appears to be a German Manufacturer.
I notice that most glass bells don't seem to be commanding a high price right now. The clear ones are selling for about $16 USD and the two color ones (from general glass makers such as fenton, imperlux, etc.) are going for about double that $26 on average.
Bells at this level of manufacturer do go up and down in price I have seen them as low as $7 and as high as $60.
Good luck with your sale! I see you have it posted already on a sale site.
