The Lewisburg Chair & Furniture Co.

Description

Solid wood drop leaf table date of manufacture tag still attached June 15, 1938. The only thing needs corrected is the finish on top and a hair line straight crack also on table top.Belived to be maple wood, very heavy sturdy. Bought at an estate sale in sherman oaks.

Got it appraised by another website, emailed an appraiser from the 'furniture detectives' and he appraised it to bring $100-$200....

It's in the Colonial Revival style, which has been in and out of peaks of popularity several times, the last one during the 1980's. At auction I see these often go for under $150.00.
