library ladder?

Description

This looks like a library ladder. The back is straight, the steps are obviously angled, so instead of it being an "A" frame, it is half of an "A". To fold it, you need to tip the whole thing toward you (steps closest to your body) the the individual steps start flipping up simultaneously and the iron back folds toward the steps that are now all upright. The steps start moving without you having to flip them individually. Very heavy and cumbersome.

Category General Antiques and Collectibles
Medium wooden steps, metal (iron?) frame and support
Distinguishing marks see picture...looks like a registered trademark
Condition Excellent
Size and dimensions of this item 5 feet tall, maybe 14 inches wide
Weight 40 pounds (approximate...it was very heavy to carry)
History I walked into a local store and simply liked the fixture and asked to buy it. The trademark is odd, and I can't seem to find similar ladders in searches. For all I know, it isn't a ladder and was made a week ago!
Price Paid (If known) $150
