Description This cedar chest is in excellent condition.  It was purchased in 1946 for $27.95 from Montgomery Wards.  It is called "Lifetime Cedar Chest".  Has a bush button snap lock with key.  Special interlocking corner Joints, offset hinges, five-ply top to prevent warpage, heat fused veneers are water resistant, U.S. govt. standard 3/4" Tennessee Red Cedar Body, Reinforced Corner Lock to keep chest solid, Specially engrossed gift plaque, dust seal aids in keeping  cedar aroma in & dust out.  Excellent condition.  All Original tags and price tag attached.
