I am familiar with a similar or near exact spray bottle of this kind which my mother had since the late 60's and used up into the late 80's. She always used it to spray her houseplants and mist her ferns. I remember asking her about it once and she said she had bought it at "Frank's Nursery".  I believe she still may have it. The photo seems to make it a match to the one I'm remembering. I do not know the maker.
