Limoges Painted Plate & Large Decorative Plate

Description

I inherited a pair of Limoges plates along with a few other items and have had them for some time not knowing their actual value. My great-grandmother had these hanging in her apartments for ages. I believe she picked them up in Paris, as she traveled overseas when she was younger. I know they're authentic, based on the markings and some old stories I vaguely recall about her trips.

The smaller plate isn't dated, but the larger one has a partial date on the back: Jan 23, 190X (the last number is blurred - it could be anything, but looks like a 6, 8, or 9.

The smaller blue saucer is a 1927 B & O Railroad commemoraitve that's a bit flawed.
