Tressemann & Vogt (marked T & V) was a successful company working in Limoges, France, which was the main area producer of handpainted floral porcelain from the 1870's to 1920's. Values for it had a run up during the 1980's, but have declined a great deal since then. Currently comparable pieces sell for under $50.00.
