Little Lulu, Tipper, Flipper and Nick Glow-in-the-dark Picture in Frame

By exitvisa, 18 January, 2009
Description

Item shows Little Lulu, Tipper, Flipper & Nick sitting down for tee under a tree.  Print picture on paper.  Printed letters in bottom middle of picture says "LITTLE LULU, TIPPER, FLIPPER AND NICK".  Bottom left corner has printer letters that say Copyright 1944 - Marjorie H Buell.  Parts of picture glow in the dark.  Frame is wood painted white with a blue line around inside.  Glass covers picture.  Back of frame is unpainted.  Back of picture is cardboard.  Picture held in frame with only 4 diamond clips, others are missing or were never there.  Some diamond clips have ripped the paper slightly on the edges, but it is not visible when mounted in frame.  Frame is open a bit at corners and a little loose.  There are four nails in frame, not sure if they are original or someone added them in an attempt to tighten frame up.
