Description

These two metal rings are approximately 4 and 5 inches in diameter, roughly in the shape of a horseshoe, but rounded, and each end is adorned with an octagonal "ball" with alternating patterns of a triangle with three dots inside and a square with a grid pattern inside.  They appear to be possibly brass with some green tarnishing in spots. The larger of the two rings also have a series of dots on the top. The shape is not uniform and appears to be hand formed and fairly rough. The larger ring is about 2 lbs and the smaller ring is about 1 lb.

I'm simply curious what these items are and an approximate value, if known.
