Description
Am trying to uncover more of the history of this painting. From what I have so far, the artist is believed to be Francesco Penni, a student of Raphael. There is writing on the back of the frame, tracking the ownership of the painting back to 1802. Here is the address to a web page where I have posted many photos of the piece:
