Hi:  The Woman's Institute Fashion Service published  magazines and instructional materials for seamstresses all through the 1920s, first semi-annually, later 4-6times a year. . Known for their wonderful covers and interior illustrations, Fashion Service Magazines are collectible  and sought after by period fashion lovers and fashion students.  They regularly sell for $25-50 per issue.
