Maple drop leaf secretary desk with attached hutch

By Luleelu, 3 May, 2014
Description

We have a solid maple hutch and the matching maple secretary desk with an attached hutch that has been in our family for well over 60 years.  My husband said both pieces belonged to his grandmother and most likely originally belonged to his great-grandmother.  They are both stamped on the back with Heritage Furniture of Johnson City, TN.  The hutch has glass front doors with a large drawer and cupboard(?) storage with two shelves in the bottom.  The secretary is a drop front writing desk with removable cubbie storage inside.  Also has an attached two door glass front hutch, plus 3 drawers in the bottom.  Cannot lock the writing desk as the locking mechanism is broken.  There are a few scratches on the removable cubbie shelf in the desk area.  Other than that, these are the only noticable issues with the desk.
