Description My great grandfather and Walter Chrysler grew up together in Ellis, KS. I have three letters from Mr. Chrysler to my great grandfather on Chrysler letterhead with the envelopes and stamps. I also have a photo of my great-grandfather with Walter Chrysler (as adults) which includes (I believe) Walter Chrysler's family.

I would really love to touch base with you. Doodle McDonald was also my great grandfather. William McDonald was his son and my dad Wendell McDonald was born next door to the Chrysler house. My dad used to say they hung a sign that says boyhood home of Walter P Chrysler never put a sign that says boy head home of Wendell McDonald. I’d love to see copies of the letters, as we are trying to put together our family genealogy and find as much information as we can.
