I came across a prohibition era prescription pad for Medicinal Liquor. There are only 9 prescription slips missing. The ones that are missing have the stubs filled out with their names, address, and prescriptions like 1 pint of whiskey or bottle of port wine. The rest of the 91 slips are blank, unused, and well intact. There is no major damage to any of the slips or the prescription pad, just some very minor wear on the outside. The doctor, Dr. Robert Banks, has his name handwritten on the outside as well. I'm looking for any addition information on the history and value of this piece. It's in a lot better shape and has more slips than the other prescription pads I've seen.
Photo is not the actual pad, I did not have access to actual photos at my office.
