Medium Silver with what appears to be gold plating on face; heart shaped carnelian, leather throng

Distinguishing marks pattern is points with balls at the end. Everything is designed in little silvers points. On the side, the points form diagonal lines, at some points this has been worn away. Deposit has formed in chain-hole.
