Meditating Man Iron Cast Stove

By ayfr2012, 18 April, 2012
Description

Iron cast stove.  The only markings are on the front cover.  It seems as the man is  evoking fire from the round air-guage,  you can rotate this gauge to regulate the amount of air entering the chamber.  Under this gauge are the letters KIV

The entire chamber is wrapped in 9 different hollow tubes.  The first tube starts on the bottom left then curves around the right of the chamber and ends on the upper left.  The next tube starts at the bottom right and curves around the left of the chamber and ends on the upper right.  This pattern continues until there are 9 total tubes.

Some of the tubes that end on the top appear to have marks on them.  It appears there was an attachment to them.  What could this be?

On the back of the stove  is the part that goes into the chimney.

This is a complete mystery to me, i've looked around and asked but no one can give me an answer.  I'm starting to think this was custom made.

Thank you for your time,
