meerschaum pipe, looking for appraisal, possible sale

Description

This is a white pipe carved into the face of a man with a beard and long curling hair and a turban with a carved jewel and feather on top. The mouth piece is a yellowish color with touches of white in it. It lays in a rectangular case with fuzzy white insides and "Royal Meerschaum handcarved block turkey" stamp inside.
