History came with a piece of paper with an antique dealers information from germany and some writing that i cannot translate with a date of 1750 on it.

With pieces like this you really need to have it physically examined to determine it's origins, as the Meissen mark and their products were widely copied. I've no record of meissen ever using their crossed sword mark with the letter "M" included.
