Covered pitcher about 6" tall, engraved with a pattern of what looks like palm fronds and a few small flower sprigs. Crest on Bottom says Meriden Silver Plate Co. Quadruple Plate, has the lion holding a vase crest, and the engraved numbers 1356, which I believe is the pattern number. In a catalog online, I found Pattern 1355 and 1357, but not 1356. This looks like a syrup pitcher, but I'm guessing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
