Description

As you will see in the photos and what interests me more are the 2 names on top of the metal cover. Willy Wegner and Reinhard Schleiff (or Schleiffer). Reinhards name is followed by 2 symbols (for a lack of a better word) but the large symbol that is on top of the metal cover is after both names. After names it says Weihn (Vienna), 1913. On the bottom is the name of the manufacturor Merkelbach and the designer Wynand, numbers 2122 and the name of the city Grenzhausen. Since 1945 this stein has not left my family. So as it would seem that we are the only owner since the person/people that it was given to as a present in 1913.
