metal bracelet (not magnetic)

Appraisal complete
Description

I was using my metal detector and found a bracelet. it was approximately 9" down located in central Ohio. the thing is hand made and for someone with a small wrist. it has zero rust so that tells me it isnt iron. it is not magnetic. it looks like someone tried to carve mountains on it. every "mountain" is carved differently. the striations in the metal imply it was hammered or rolled. the metal was cut imperfecty as you can see rough edges along the sides. to me, a novice, it looks like a native american piece. but i am unaware of native americans with this technology. then again what do i know. i would love to know who/when this type of piece was made.

zoom in on the picture. its interesting to see all of the imperfections in the metal working.
